In both of civil engineering and Construction concrete structure, recently Pre-Cast Concrete are main fashion in terms of cost-saving, efficiency and workability at the cite. Such Manufacturing of Pre-Cast Concrete Product absolutely requires stiff & precise dimensional mold.

 

Thus, such mold is always required of its stiffness to bear of many times of concrete casting within it and strict dimension (for example RC Segment mold for Shield Tunnel Lining requires ±0.5mm dimension criteria).
